LOW CARBON ALUMINIUM

At National Aluminium, we actively pursue innovative approaches to lead the way for sustainable practices in the aluminium industry. A key initiative that we prioritise in our manufacturing process, is the utilisation of low carbon aluminium at 4mt CO2-et/Al.

This practice yields a substantial reduction in energy consumption, eliminating the need to extract raw materials to produce aluminium billets, and consequently contributing to the conservation of natural resources. Low carbon aluminium is also revered for their ability to divert aluminium from landfills, cutting our carbon footprint, and maximising their value for a sustainable industrial ecosystem within our operations.

RECYCLING

As part of our commitment to sustainability, National Aluminium incorporates recycling practices across several stages of the extrusion process throughout our facilities. Our designated scrap metal collection points provide efficient and seamless recycling solutions for our team, significantly reducing our environmental impact, and ensuring responsible resource management.
