Once the requirements of the role are determined, our job vacancy will be advertised through a variety of channels, such as online job boards, company websites, social media, and through referrals.
Initial Application
If you find a role you would like to apply for at National Aluminium, the first step in the process is submitting your Resume / CV, and Cover Letter (if applicable) for the role.
Shortlisting and Phone Interview
Applications will be reviewed and shortlisted within 1-4 weeks of the vacancy being advertised.
Applicants who have been selected will be contacted by the Recruiting Manager, or a member of our HR Team, and a face-to-face or online interview will be scheduled.
Depending on the role, an initial phone interview may be arranged as part of the shortlisting process
Interview
Every role will involve either a face-to-face or online interview. This is an opportunity for you to get to know our business and the role you have applied for, and for us to get to know you, and your skills and experience.
Depending on the role, you may be asked to attend a second interview, so you are able to meet a variety of key people in our business.
Pre-Employment Medical Checks and Psychometric Testing
Pre-Employment Medical Checks are mandatory for all roles at National Aluminium.
Our team will arrange your pre-employment medical and provide you with all the information you need.
Some roles will also include Psychometric Testing as part of the recruitment process. This testing helps us to get a better understanding of your personality and abilities, and how that fits with the role.
Offer of Employment
Candidates who are successful in being offered at role at National Aluminium will be contacted by the Recruiting Manager to make an offer of employment. This offer will then be formalised in writing.
If you are not successful in the gaining an offer of employment, we know it can be disappointing and disheartening, but not all applications can be successful.
